1. Who We Are
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at contenthallgroup.com (the “Website”) and the digital products sold on it. The Website is operated by Content Hall (“Content Hall”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a content marketing agency operating from Singapore, Tokyo, and Los Angeles.
By accessing the Website, purchasing a product, or booking a call through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.
2. Client Engagements
These Terms cover your use of the Website and purchases made directly on it. Marketing, content, and retainer engagements with Content Hall are governed by a separate service agreement or proposal signed with the client. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails for that engagement.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Content Hall and its licensors own the intellectual property in the Website and its materials, including text, graphics, logos, case studies, playbooks, and videos. Client names, logos, and campaign material shown in our case studies remain the property of their respective owners and are shown as examples of our work.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view the Website material for personal and internal business use. You may not:
- Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license Website material without our written permission.
- Reproduce or copy Website material for commercial purposes, including our playbooks, frameworks, and downloadable products.
- Use the Website in any way that is unlawful or harms the Website, Content Hall, or any third party.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Website.
4. Purchases and Digital Products
The Website sells digital products, such as ebooks and strategy sessions. When you make a purchase:
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Digital downloads are delivered by email after payment. Download links may expire; if yours does, contact us and we will resend it.
- Strategy sessions are scheduled through the booking flow after purchase. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your session.
- Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Website and may change at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
Refunds for digital products and sessions are handled as described on the relevant product page. Where we advertise a money-back guarantee for a service, the scope and conditions of that guarantee are confirmed in the engagement agreement for that service.
5. Bookings and Communication
Booking a discovery call is free and carries no obligation. By submitting a contact or booking form, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry using the details you provide.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Website or impairment of its availability, or in connection with anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website links to and integrates third-party services, including payment, scheduling, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites and services, which are governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimer
The Website and its content are provided “as is”. Case study results describe outcomes achieved for specific clients in specific circumstances; they are illustrations of past work, not a promise of future results. Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content Hall and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Website or its content. Our total liability arising from your use of the Website or a product purchased on it will not exceed the amount you paid to us through the Website in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Content Hall against liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms apply from the date they are published on this page, and the date at the top of this page will be updated. Your continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for the resolution of any dispute arising from them.
