Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
1. Introduction
Content Hall (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website at contenthallgroup.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where it applies to you, other privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact and booking forms: your name, email address, company, and anything you write in your message or call-prep answers.
- Purchases: your name, email address, and billing country. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Audit and scorecard requests: the answers you submit about your brand and marketing.
Information collected automatically
- Usage analytics: pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and interactions such as button clicks. We use PostHog and Vercel Analytics for this.
- Performance data: anonymous page-speed measurements via Vercel Speed Insights.
- Preferences: your currency selection and, where an A/B test is running, the variant you were assigned. These are stored in cookies or your browser’s local storage.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to enquiries and prepare for booked calls.
- To fulfil purchases, deliver digital products, and send transactional emails about your order.
- To run, measure, and improve the Website, including A/B testing of pages and content.
- To understand which marketing channels and content perform, so we can improve them.
- To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Who We Share It With
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Resend for sending transactional and enquiry emails.
- Cal.com for call scheduling and video calls.
- PostHog and Vercel for analytics and hosting.
Each provider processes your data under its own privacy policy and our agreements with them. We may also disclose personal data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. International Transfers
We operate from Singapore, Japan, and the United States, and our service providers store data in various regions. Where personal data crosses borders, we rely on our providers’ safeguards and contractual protections for international transfers.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business records. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained under the retention settings of our analytics providers.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
You can also limit analytics collection by using your browser’s tracking protections or blocking cookies for this site.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls with our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is published on this page, and the date at the top of this page will be updated.
